A "Double Crested Cormorant" drying its feathers after diving for fish.
The angle of the light brings out all kinds of hints of other colors. Add on the bright green eye as a contrast. The only thing I missed was the yellow orange of the beak which at this angle and being still wet was a partly washed out high light.
