About a year ago I spent a half hour looking around the parking lot for my car. I was convinced someone had stolen it but couldn’t understand why…it’s 10 years old and not a popular model. There was a police car cruising the lot so I flagged him down to report the car stolen but he suggested I get in the car and we cruise the lot just to make sure I hadn’t forgotten where I parked it. We went up and down a few lanes when I spotted my wife’s car…….
Well, he was very nice when I explained what had happened but I guess I gave him a good story to tell.
