Nice series and I got a chuckle from its expression. I traded my shooting animals with a gun for that of a camera and I truly believe that it was best for both of us. I don't rely on game to survive and they have a hard enough time living with the impact that we have made on their habitat.

Thanks! I haven't hunted in a good many years, but we are hip deep in game out here. Of course, 4th largest state , 145,000 square miles and just over a million people, so habitat isn't greatly impacted.

We have the local doe and her fawns on our property again. Coyotes were howling last night and the deer showed up in our security cams. She was nearly under my truck! Thanx for sharing!

We hear them often and see one on occasion. I'm sure they are a threat to the fawns, as they are to baby cattle. On rare occasion, they come within view. It doesn't usually go well for them since in packs they are even a threat to dogs like mine.
