I would have guessed somewhere in the deep south like Mississippi or Louisiana.

Was on a rerun: Devils Tower, Mt. Rushmore, Badlands one day, Grand Tetons and part of Yellowstone the next. We were on our way home to Mass from visiting family in Cali.
