Taking the comments on the original of this image seriously, I spent some time "fixing" it. 'Twas challenging and the best I can do is now reposted. The highlights on her legs (from light coming in via the now-defunk hole) would be a terror to remove. Seems like a pleasant image to me.

Good job on the cleanup... even the spot under her arm is gone. The leg highlights are not a problem for me.
