The Rittenhouse verdict is a huge win for America and a severe loss for the democrats.
The right of self defense against democrats burning, l**ting and trying to k**l you was clearly confirmed.
This was also a trial against owning a rifle and America won there against the democrats affirming the right to keep and bear arms for self defense against criminals (AKA democrats).

Proof once again that our system of justice often “works” for w****s. If Mr. Rittenhouse had been black there would have been no need for a trial because he would likely have been shot dead by the police at the scene.

How terrible it is that you are absolutely correct; and something that many won’t acknowledge.

Do we want to live in a society where vigilantes travel across state lines with high powered rifles to jump into the middle already tense situations? Regardless of whether what Riddenhouse did was self defense, he should not have been there with a high powered rifle. I don’t see how anything about this situation can be considered a victory for America. It never should have happened. And I am not in any way condoning the actions of the r****rs.

There is no way, no matter how twisted one’s thinking, that this is a win for America. Two Americans dead, what should be a nightmare for the adolescent who shot them, and an affirmation that an untrained punk has the right to pick up a gum and roam the streets looking for trouble in an emotionally strained situation; is in no way a step forward for the U.S.
The crazed idea that many think he is a hero is warped—flies in the face of the rule of law, and reason.
But, that is our country.

Thanks for the link.

" ... The “reasonable man” test derives from the description of a nondescript English character called the “man on the Clapham omnibus” – a reasonably educated, but average, hypothetical passenger on a London bus route whose thoughts and actions are defined as “ordinary”. The US supreme court case Graham v Connor enshrined this concept into law. The reason police are often acquitted of k*****g unarmed citizens is that they can argue that a “reasonable” police officer would have used deadly force, even if the officer turned out to be wrong and the victim was unarmed. When I first heard this principle, the first thing I thought was: “A white person came up with this.” - Michael Harr**t

"I caused a dangerous situation to occur and k**led a man because I feared for my life when the trouble started judge." the cop's defense is now the vigilante's defense.

These are not Americans who died but enemies of America.
Burning l**ting and ATTACKING people with the intent to k**l as the one survivor stated in the trial.
I am very happy at the verdict and that these two scum are no longer breathing just like I am glad Bin Laden and Hitler are worm meat.
You do not like it too bad, suck it up buttercup.
Self defense was confirmed yesterday and put democrats on notice for their future violent actions against INNOCENT people.

America and the Constitution had a huge win.
You democrats ALWAYS say we have to accept the jury verdict like the murderer OJ got away with murder so now you have to fully accept the jury verdict.

Were you sitting with the jury and did you hear it all or did you read others opinions on it like everyone else?

Justice most often works for whoever has the best lawyer. All you are doing is spitting out the current narrative.

Lots of silly prattle coming from the left and right on this one.

I accept the verdict and I understand why Kyle was acquitted. But I do not think anything about this case is a win for America., and I hope it doesn’t further embolden misdirected vigilantes.

Except that he didn't travel across state lines with the weapon, it was always in Wisconsin.

But I do agree he would have been better served in not being there in the first place--much the same as those who attacked him.

I hope it does embolden people to take action against l**ters and r****rs when as was shown the law enforcement refuses to do it's job.
We saw law enforcement stand down and allow unprecedented violence for democrat political gain during the e******n as a threat against letting President Trump win.
So I love this, and praise any an all who will step up when those who are sworn "To Protect and Serve" refuse to do so.
That is the real American way.
