boberic Loc: Quiet Corner, Connecticut. Ex long Islander

We live in NE Ct. and drive (aboiut twice per year) to visit the wife's sister in Annapolis. It's a 300 mile 61/2 nour drive (no traffifc). We usually stop once for a fill up (takes about 10 minutes)' In an electric car we would have to stop twice. 6 hours per recharge, total 12 hours. witch might mean an over night motel stop. Greatly making the trip mush more expensive and time consuming. NO electric cars for me. Or maybe 2 cars, One Gas and One ekectric. Also much more expensive. Plus I did not mention the cost and time involved if heavy traffic as we pass through the City on those 4 t***sits back and fourth to Md.Sometimes the 5 miles on the CBX (cross Bronx Expressway) can take 40 minutes each way.Amyone who drives that road knows what rush hour on the CBX is like
