Once when Bannon failed to produce the documents and information which were subpoenaed.

The second time when Bannon failed to show up to testify.

Bannon was up to his eyeballs planning the J****** 6th I**********n in the Command Center at the Willard Hotel, which is why Bannon was subpoenaed in the first place.

How deeply into Congress will the investigation have to go to clear out the trump cover-up?
