Excellent set! The last looks like a Venetian Plague Mask - someone with a wicked sense of humor.
Very well done. Interesting personalities, well captured.
A fine set. I didn't even know we had a Renaissance festival in La.

If you have never been to one, go! There was one where I used to live, I went every year and both my kids worked there in the Summer. Fun!
Very nice, Stephen! So, you are more than just a pretty face doing landscapes.

Yup, a popular style mask at Mardi Gras, too. There's an entire psychological genre about masks - every culture has them- and how personalities change when one is worn- the wearer cozying up to anonymity and loosening the reins of restraint and responsibility... interesting stuff... Thanks for looking quixdraw!!

Shore do - first Saturday in November until the Sunday before Christmas- near Hammond--
https://www.larf.net has all the info you need. It really is an interesting adventure- geared more toward young adults than children- bawdy stories and acting and lots of cleavage. The good thing for photographers is that those who take the time, trouble and expense of cobbling up a costume seem to appreciate being noticed and photographed. Come on down (and over) for a look!

Some would say I still do landscapes, given that many of my shots are from sniper positions and the subject unaware... And, would happily be a pretty face but haven't been accused of such in a very long time. But! I get your attention and am pleased. So, THANKS!! Mike
Wow! Wonderful set! Brings back memories of LA living>
