As this is the Main Photography section I wanted to wish a Happy Birthday and great photographic success to all my Marine Corps brothers and sisters. Long may our service to this nation and long may our photographs reflect the honor of our beloved Corps and our photos reflect the beauty of this nation.

Sorry but it is November 10, 1775 at Tun Tavern in Philadelphia, PA. The only branch of the military formed in a tavern.

You are absolutely right, Dennis, and I’m well aware of the date and location. I’m just to proud to put my glasses on when I type😂

Not a problem at all. Believe me I know the feeling. Once a, well, just a few months ago I was upset because I could not find my glasses that I wear almost 24/7. My loving bride asked what I was angry about and I said I can't find my glasses. She pointed out I was wearing them. It was a new pair and much lighter than my old ones. Glasses DO matter.

Easy!!! Just never get old. It does tend to sneak up on us pretty quickly though. One minute you are 25 and feeling great. A minute later you are in your 70's and getting out of bed, your easy chair, your vehicle, is somewhat painful.
Wait for it...It is all worth it though and beats the alternative. As long as your eyes open in the morning you are doing well.
