I have an Ad360ii for nikon, but with Godox, if you use a canon trigger on your cameras, and use the flash in a bracket or OCF, it will function as if it’s native to canon.
I would never put that flash in the hot shoe, for two reasons, first, it’s way to heavy for the cameras hot shoe, and secondly, you do use a bracket, right??? I never shoot flash that’s not on a bracket, my bracket of choice being the bbx and bbgv2, from promediagear.
I have been shooting pro, for almost 40 years. I started with a custom made “Tony Armato” bracket.
(New York and the tri state area’s pros all used Armato brackets, back in the day)
And since then I own and have used many different brackets, see the photo, and the Promediagear’s are my favorite and what I use. I have a few of each styles, dedicated to different flash units.
For example, I have two brackets that are dedicated to the Ad360ii and ad200 pro with the ec200 head extension cable. Each bracket has the appropriate cable attached the their respective brackets, in a manner that keeps the cable straight and out of the way when I shoot.

Then you need a native canon version. It’s a great flash. And the pb960 battery pack easily lasts for 1500 ttl exposures, which I do a few times a week. It hasn’t let me down yet.
It is heavy, be prepared for that.
But, it is the most powerful “shoe mount” flash extant.
Lately I’ve been using the ad200pro, with the head extension cable, as I mentioned. It is also terrific, but it puts out about 2/3rd of a stop less light than the Ad360ii. Which is really not that much. But the weight difference is big. I am 63 years old, so although the 360 never bothered me, I do notice the difference with the 200.
Best of luck with your purchase.
I really do recommend that you get a Godox trigger, that will give you one less cable, and so much easier and better control of the flash, over using the TTL cable. Big difference.
You can usually get a used one off of eBay for around $25-30. It’s worth it. Big time.
