Great Topic Pat! Looking up offers some wonderful perspectives as demonstrated already by the previous posts. The downside is that I look up so often to capture the beauty above, that I've become a hazard to myself, because I fail to notice the hazards at my feet!
The first shot is of the Brooklyn Bridge.
The second of Pont Neuf in Paris
The Third was taken in the royal palace complex in Seoul
The fourth was taken in a little island in Greece (iPhone)
