Excellent work. The background doesn’t detract from the horse but it has an upbeat, happy feel. It also adds motion and I can easily imagine the horse going up and down as the music plays. This is Avery nice fractal composite!

Your beautiful artistic image complete with the America Eagle Symbol is worthy of being a postage stamp... I mean that as a compliment.
Interestingly, we live with amazement that our digital cameras have bettered from 1 mp to now a typical 20 mp with beautiful clarity and color. Then our artistic beings within use the wonders of digital editing to do art that would have taken us many laborious hours to do their brush or pastels; how lucky we are to live in such an age.
I find it hard to resist modifying my images to obscure the mundane-perfection produced by modern equipment and editing tools. My favorite is Mr. Google's online program DeepDreams is AI without restraint!

Tremendous. A+. The bkg shapes echo the horse and head shape and all are Fibonacci spirals which form the basis for the Golden Mean in design.
