Does anyone REALLY care?

When I turn on my pc the first the first page I get is usually an image that I wish I had taken. And it almost always has some blurb wanting me to sign up for more windows baloney. Today, though, is a message asking if I know everything about the trauma that brought out the lbgtqlmnop movement. I believe in equal rights, but I wonder how many people REALLY, REALLY care about the lbgtq issue? Personally, I don't give a damn, and I wish they would stop crying for attention. I believe that the ship has sailed, and the more noise they make, the more they will be preaching only to the choir, and that eventually apathy on my part will turn into resentment. Many movements are necessary: The Civil Rights Movement was absolutely necessary! Viet Nam protests were necessary. Women's suffrage protests were necessary; 51% of the population was disenfranchised. B****s were treated as sub-human, or at best, second class. But sexual orientation??? That's none of my business!

“But sexual orientation??? That's none of my business!”

AGREED!

And I would not WANT to know of their “orientation” or “preferences”.

Unfortunately, there are many people who do think it is their business. LBGTQ people are discriminated against, bullied, are victims of h**e crimes, including murder, and LBGTQ youth have a high incidence of suicide.

You have brought up several issues that a qualified mental health professional could help you with.

Well, I’d tell you what: ALL people are discriminated against, bullied, and are victims of h**e crimes, and murder, and ALL youth have a high incidence of suicide.

The attention that minorities of ALL sorts are currently receiving is a healthy thing, in that societal problems are being highlighted and addressed in some manner.

However it appears that these minority-groups are getting an unwarranted amount of attention compared to other groups at this time. This will likely calm down as the entire population realizes the limited percentages of the L***QHXYZetc types. They should get an EQUAL amount of attention as any other group or minority, e.g. Jews, B****s, W****s, Browns, Lesbian, Catholic, Wiccan, Homosexual, T*********r, Straight, Democrat, Socialist, Republican, Libertarian, Methodist, Suicidal, Terrorist, Muslim, Aryan, Trumpist, Bidenist, etcetera.

Why why why did you start this boredom just wanted to start a crap storm.
How ever since you brought this up, I have a question for those who say people
are born gay.
Is there any part of the brain that is responsible for sexual attraction that can go haywire.
Or better yet there are c********es that determine g****r so are there c********es
that can be defective that can homosexuality.
Juts a scientific question, I will be waiting with baited breath for responses 😏

This should be a good one oh notice I didn't bring up the (G) word 😎

This is really, really interesting. Except for four people and one troll, I guess nobody really does care! I'm not a statistician, but I'm going to guess, based on my scientific inquiry, that apathy rules American culture!

No one knows why you are straight or why Martina Navratilova is not. Until someone figures it out (and parents start demanding a fix for their straight children) nobody should care, it's not like you can be recruited - it's not a club!

There, fixed it for you. You’re welcome!

Maybe not recruited, but certainly indoctrinated and influenced.
