My Image Your View:- Castle in the Gloaming.
This is Eilean Donan castle taken in low light - but don't let that worry you, it can take a fair bit of brightening (if that's what you want to do with it).

I'm looking forward to seeing these. I'm not entering, I couldn't do it justice. But I might have a play, and if my skills have markedly improved - well, I might change my mind.
For me, this Castle is one of those scenes that is almost impossible to shoot poorly, but can offer so much for the skilled photographer. That's a gem, R.G.
I downloaded the jpg version and used enhance sky sunset and image clarity in Smart Photo Editor.

Thank you JN. If you have the means I'd recommend using the TIFF version. The pixel resolution is a bit lower but the full colour and luminosity data are still there.
I couldn't resist fooling around with this one.
Beautiful Landscape picture R.G. wish I was there to take and call it my own.
Kept your cropping. Liked the full image including the bridge leading to the castle.
Liked the foreground water but didn't like the sea weed, smoothed it out.
Kept the overcast. To add just a bit of drama created an opening in the sky letting some sunlight cast upon the castle.

Thank you Jim-pops. You weren't there but you have the next best thing. We're a well-travelled bunch, even if we never leave our computer rooms

It started raining, so having said I wouldn't enter, I have. I downloaded the TIFF and used it to practise AFFINITY which severely tested my patience.
I've gone for a light touch trying to enhance but not change the mood of the original.
Happy to see you giving it a try John. 🤗 Don’t get flustrated, more you use it the easier it gets.
Beautiful scene. Here is my take a bit earlier in the day

In the process you've managed to hold on to a natural look.
