The Marginal Way, in Ogunquit, Maine, . The name actually refers to the “margin” between land and sea.
This ia a 1 1/4-mile-long cliff walk. There are plenty of benches for sitting and looking out at the ocean
or just to take a little breather from the ups and downs of the walkway.

From walkers to beach goers, to wet-suited surfers everyone has a different way of enjoying it.

Nice shots. Thanks for bringing back memories My wife and I stayed at the Sparhawk which is at the north end of the Marginal Way two or three times a year for over 25 years until age and the Covid 19 epidemic overtook us. I have beaucoup photos of the Marginal Way, Perkins Cove and the Ogunquit beach. I miss the walk. I guess I should post a few of my favorite shots.

The rocky coast of Maine is such a beautiful thing to capture. We lived in Maine for 14 years. One of the most beautiful places out of 14 where we have lived.

I was stationed with the Air Force in Bangor for a couple of years back in the sixties.
I would get over to Bar Harbor and Acadia whenever I had a chance. I found it very
relaxing to just sit on the rocks and watch the waves.
