This photo is a treasure. Time rolls by so fast and it seems to be accelerating. Thank goodness for picture to remind us.
Thanks, Carol. It is one of my favorite images. I think it was with my first dslr, Canon 20d.

You saved an unusual and personal candid image. So many people, even infants, smile at a camera. Who knows what they are thinking, but it certainly wasn’t posed.
It is a beautiful photograph and a powerful reminder of time passing. Next year my own son is 50 and my daughter 49! Why oh why does time speed up when we age? For it surely does!
About a week or so ago my cousin told me he was getting ready to go to his granddaughter's tenth birthday party. I last saw his granddaughter in 2015 when she was three so I told him to send me a picture. I'm still waiting for that picture.
Markingolf, you seem to have aroused emotions in many of us who wonder what happened to the years. A precious photo. I have so many of my grandchildren before they grew up.
Yep, time flies. My daughter turns 50 next month and her oldest daughter starts college next year!

From 2004 - Were they both gazing into the future?
Thanks for viewing

time passes so fast...turn around 3 times and our babies are grown with babies of their own...
that's a great shot, mark!
Congratulations Mark on a fine family and on a great photograph.

Great shot Mark! The time just flies by; if I blink another year is gone.
