Commonly called geranium or storkbill. I planted 4 plants and 3 are thriving. One refuses to grow. Runt of the litter I guess. I transplanted the runt and it still looks like a tiny stick with leaves. Hope it makes it through winter. In the meantime, the three others are maturing and putting out flowers. This flower is about 1" in diameter. The petals look like they are dipped in a sugar coating.
