nik upgrade

I have been using Nik since the beginning of time. Signed up for the upgrade to Nik 4 and paid my $55 dollars. Received an email thanking me for the purchase. They never sent me a link to download the software. Have sent them email after email asking for the link. No response.
To day I receive an email and it was in Spanish.
What is going on with this company? I have requested Paypal to help me out.

How exactly did you purchase the Nik Collection? If you purchased it from their site you were required to set up an account with a password or use an existing account as part of the purchasing process. I hope you saved your password, but the site will offer to send you a new PW if you have forgotten it. You should then be able to log into your DxO account on their website and download the Nik Collection it from there. The login link is in the upper right hand corner of the DxO website. I provided the link below and an image of the login portion of it. Click directly on the word "Login" above the word "Upgrade". I hope this helps.

I was able to find the download and when i went to install it the program stopped at 99%. still no up grade

IMO, no unless you are having issues with the software. For the most part, the DXO versions addresses software incompatibilities. There's little that the old NIK can't do that the new one does.
