You hit the jackpot with this addition. Live long and enjoy it. You have all the makings of a shooting gallery. Try some macro shots of micro birds! Where did you find this fountain?

You did yourself proud. I love to see things like this . We live in West Texas & have a couple of different water follies that we made especially for the birds & critters. Looks like y'all have quite a few Hummers as we do. They have finally all went south for the winter now as we have a lot of the migratory birds coming back . Have a Blessed day !

This is a great project and the results are fantastic with the wildlife as I can readily see. I want to do a similar application in my back yard. Thanks for sharing your creativity.

Hi davidrb
Thanks for checking out the images of the fountain project and for the comment. I purchased the fountain at pottery world in Rocklin Ca. The more expensive part was all the materials for the retaining wall and the paver stones. Fortunately the labor was free (since the labor was me).

Hi go2hale
Thanks for viewing the photos of the fountain and the birds enjoying the fountain and for the comment. I really enjoying watching the wild life come by. The Hummers really seem to enjoy the fountain and have been splashing around in it all day. We have some migratory hummers also, but a few are still hanging around.

Hi alberio
Thanks for checking out the fountain images and for the comment. I like number 7 also. The Hummer seem to get a kick out of playing with the water as it squirts out the top of the fountain. The smoke was bad last week and finally cleared up and was replaced with clouds, I hope to get some more astro photos in next week if it clears up again.

We got rain again today, but we need it badly. I'll just wait for the ones you get.

Hi Blair Shaw Jr
Thanks for checking out the images of the birds with the fountain, for the comment and the Thumbs up. This project keep me busy for a couple of weeks but came out well and the birds really like it. I expect the other critters will start to enjoy it also once I add a easy way for the smaller ones to get up to the first level.
