Taco...uh.... Wait...What?

~ Sometimes I'll make a batch of Taco Meat to have around for snacks or quick lunches. This happens to be the Ground Beef variety. I have plenty of South of the Border (Oregon border, that is!!) spices to use so whatever tastes good at the time with a Mexican flare works fine!


This Taco San is bread, taco meat, mayo, and melted white, aged cheddar. The Simple T!!

Whooohoo!!

Looks good, great idea! Haven't tried that, I usually eat the leftovers like chili with Saltines or Tortilla Chips.

Half (or more) of the time I just open the fridge and eat a few spoonfuls of the stuff!

Nah.... just a Dave's Bread "Good Seed" bread! Toasted Rye WOULD be interesting with taco meat tho... Hmmmm.
