~ Sometimes I'll make a batch of Taco Meat to have around for snacks or quick lunches. This happens to be the Ground Beef variety. I have plenty of South of the Border (Oregon border, that is!!) spices to use so whatever tastes good at the time with a Mexican flare works fine!
