Nikon 850 - can the back LCD screen change to Portrait Orientation while in Live View composing a photo

I know how to do it when reviewing photos, but I am talking about while composing a photo? I've been through the menus and google and can't find the topic addressed at all.
Again I am talking about when composing the photo (not a video) not when reviewing a photo already taken.

In live view, when I rotate my camera the image remains in the correct orientation - so, the lcd view is the same as with my eyes. What happens when you rotate your camera in live view?

It does now but i SWEAR it didn't before!! I must have come across the correct thing when playing with the menus.
