Thanks! It's fun (for me) that we share, spin, and try different recipes. Some evenings it is tough to come up with something interesting on my own.

BTW, that Mondavi is a great value, served here often!Yes, you mentioned it on an earlier post and I decided to try it. Very good; although never have been disappointed by anything under the Mondavi label. I have a merlot done in rum barrel to try.

Sure looks good. If this is inappropriate I apologize in advance. The photograph would be more appealing if you hadn't cut off the bottom of the plate and the top of the wine bottle and glass.

Looks so D.Lish!! Good wine choice to make it a bit rich (very $ wise though - this wine is PRICED for the REST.OF.US!!! )
