Yum! A favorite here as well with the right kind of weather for it on the way. I add a bit of fennel and a dash of B&B.

One of my favorite soups! That looks great! I happen to have some homemade beef broth in my freezer....

That soup looks amazing.Great shot!!
I learned to make onion soup with a French Chef, he was a PITA but an amazing chef, my way or the hard way. He was in expo most of the time, always with a cup next to him, not water just vodka.
