I took a camera on a recent dog walk because fall is getting serious with falling temperatures and high winds. I wanted to record what I saw on these walks before it was gone.

This set is of the flowers we see on our route next to the lake, a combination of neighbor's efforts and the usual wild growth in this area.

There was a constant wind, so most photos are taking at a higher shutter speed that I usually use for flower shots.

Comments and suggestions are always welcome.

Very nice set....I always thought they were "just yellow flowers." Now I realize they have names. Great post.

Great set, Mike. Especially considering the wind factor.
