Finally we were able to take our 30th wedding anniversary trip -- but it happened on our 31st. Despite some issues with the airlines, it was a wonderful trip.

Nice series. No place on the planet quite like Hawaii. Photos always come out good, must be the pineapple! LOL

Very nice set that shows the beauty of Maui. The road to Hana is a fantastic drive. When we did it years ago the rental car companies wouldn't allow you to continue around the other side of Maui due to the bad road on that side. Is it still the same?

We were not told anything like that. We drove all the way to Hana. As one of the books said, "Where you get there, you'll find there is no 'there'. The adventure is the drive."
I'm not sure what you meant by "around the other side of Maui".
