Have been a fan and emulator of Jacques Pepin for a long time. An excellent new recipe of his tonight (Can be found on line). Pan Seared Tuna Steaks with Capers and Oregano. Fast and easy. I always err on the side of making too much sauce, the Tuna shouldn't be swimming as in the first photo. Also I had no Arugula, but a nice leaf salad mix, to which I added a simple vinaigrette, and a bit of bread. This one is worth looking up! A fine meal.

Thanks very much, and it was! When I send it to my Son, I'll have to suggest he not tell his Wife about the few anchovies in the sauce. They certainly add to the flavor, but not particularly that of anchovies.

I predict that you will really like this one. Difficult for me to get fresh herbs, but I'm going to make a special effort for the oregano next time.

This is really a tasty one - can't imagine you wouldn't like it. Add to that 35-40 minutes total time from ingredients to table, hard to beat.
