First they run out of ICU capacity, they they u=run out of morgues--which seems to me a natural progression.
Just as they are shipping their critical case load to tother States, I wonder when they will start asking other States to take their dead.
One of the hallmarks of a failed State is the inability to take care of either it's sick or deceased.

and you will no longer hear that guy walking down the street
pushing that big cart and hollering bring out your dead and all will be quit.
