Look into The Boat Company. We were on the M/V Mist Cove in 2016. Approximately 24 guests. Captain would change course, idle to stay with whales. There were four 21-22’ boats for excursions. I salmon fished everyday but you could go on shore excursions. Would repeat tomorrow if I could.

We went on on the Northern Dream. I would wholeheartedly recommend it. If my husband would agree, I’d definitely go a third time. You can find their info on line. Once you’re on the boat everything is included. If you can let them know anything you are particularly interested in ahead of time, do so.
If you persue this, please let the captain Jay know you that I recommended it.
I know you’d have a fantastic time!

We were actually off the boat every day . . Usually docked at some remote village at night. I shy away from organized tours which is why I enjoyed this so much.
