Beautifully done! My only comment is that crystal ice would be an improvement. If not readily available, fake crystal ice is available and used by many food and drink photographers.

It's nicely set up and the DOF seems quite good. I did a virtual crop and sort of liked the look. It was just below that bit of smoke visible along the upper edge.

Very nice, I really like it. The only mild suggestions I have would be to have the foreground (bottom of image) also in focus, and crop just a tad off the top.
