Love it. Really like the color, fetal, and composition.
Please tell us how you shot this with a 70mm macro
It was on a branch about 10 feet above the ground and allowed me to walk right up and he sat there and posed for at least a half hour. I shot over 100 photos. Other than staring at me he didn't seem to mind at all. This shot is cropped in half then enhanced up in Lightroom but it is the original shot with nothing photoshopped in and just a couple of odd branches photoshopped out.

I was grateful for the poses.
Thought this was an attractive angle.
Sony A 7 II
Sigma 70 MM Macro

This shot was the same day as two of my previous posts.

For me, the "pinched" face suggested Cooper's (not a very scientific term). The yellow eyes indicate juvenile (they turn red when they are older). Also when I uploaded your photo to the Merlin Bird ID app, it said Cooper's. For those who haven't used it, the Merlin Bird ID app for smart phones (which I believe is still free), actually works very well. I have even used it to ID birds based on their call only.
Also, after taking some shots, you might have tried to hide and observe the bird. One time I got much closer to a Cooper's than I usually do, and after taking some shots, hid behind another tree's trunk. It turned out the Cooper had a kill on the ground and was waiting for me to leave to go eat it.
