Not to mention the chance meeting in their private planes on a tarmac in Bumpville, USA between Slick Willy and AG Lynch just before this went down and the three hour secret interview between Hillary and the FBI. HOnestly in 2016 I was not sure who to v**e for. This sealed the deal for me. At minimum she should have had her top secret clearance taken away and thus not been able to run for President.

True, high ranked executives are given supplemental pay as share grants or stock options on which taxes are paid either on deposit or redemption (very little room for tax fraud as these are highly regulated). What the trump organization did was pay for tuition, use of company plane, etc. on which imputed income tax is to be paid according to the IRS I-9 table. Charges are that the trump recipients of these items did not pay that tax. The process to calculate these items is a self-reported, hand-tallied spreadsheet that gets sent to payroll to calculate and apply the tax. That leaves lots of room for fraud. Every due diligence exercise done when buying or selling a company includes a thorough review of imputed income records to be sure there are no tax liabilities hiding there.
