Smokers are typically charged higher rates for med insurance, same as accident prone drivers.

None of those conditions are as explosively contagious, an imminent threat to innocent people and immediately deadly as C***D. However, I do believe people should be responsible and accountable for the health choices they make, especially when the data to make better choices is so readily available.
