Thank you to Bushpilot who posted a pasta with Pomodoro sauce! I made it with gnocchi. I saw these beautiful dark red cherry tomatoes at my FM this morning and knew I had to make some. The recipe called for canned but I used these. I also jut simmered my gnocchi in my tomato sauce instead of boiling it first. I used some Parmesan-Reggiano cheese to and I also throw the rind from that in my tomato sauce. Top it all with fresh Basil micro-greens and fresh Mozzarella balls. Of course there is garlic in there too, but I forgot to put it in my first picture.
Your photos, especially #2, look great!
Sounds and looks great, Jill.

Thanks Mike, I appreciate the comment.
Great photos, and delicious looking!
Great ingredients Jill and a beautiful feast. Gnocchi is one of my favorite meals as a child my Grandmother made her own. On Sundays the usuals came for dinner 11 children their spouses and and 28 cousins that meant Saturday was an all day affair rolling the dough down a fork to make the ridges. Thanks for the meal and the memory.
Joe
The dish looks delicious, lovely results, and I like the shot of the ingredients.

Thanks for sharing the memory, Joe! I have tried to make my own gnocchi, and there is defiantly an art to it that I did not master so it is store bought for me. Bless Grandma's heart, I can not imagine making that many gnocchi.
