More children in Chicago have been shot than died from C***D

More children have been the victims of gun violence in Chicago this year than have died from C****-** across the entire country, according to police and the Centers for Disease Control and Protection.
The CDC reported that 214 children 17-years old or younger have died of C****-** nationwide so far this year — compared to 261 Chicago kids who have been victims of gunfire in Chicago, according to police statistics reported by Fox News.
More children have been fatally shot on the streets of Chicago than have died of C****-** in the state of Illinois.
Police reported 41 deaths of children under 18 in Chicago so far this year. In the state of Illinois, deaths of children from C****-** totaled 25, according to the Illinois Department of Public Health.
Over Labor Day weekend, 63 people were shot in Chicago, including eight children. Among the six fatalities was a 4-year-old boy from Alabama who was k**led while getting his hair done in an apartment last week.

All around Chicago is area with little to no gun control. I'm not exactly sure what I want in gun control, but for one side to refuse to even explore it is absurd

Nope. I grew up when anyone could get a gun at a hardware store. No one thought anything of it.
Its not the guns. Its the people. People have changed. You’ll never stop it by banning guns. Thats approach is for the weak minded

You can't get shot by a gun if there are no guns. Your chances of getting shot by a gun go down if there are fewer guns.
People haven't changed; they still shoot each other. It's just that you get news about it now that you wouldn't get then.
