There was a lot of work that was involved with that wonderful foundation. Very interesting use of the larger rocks.👍👍

Thank you all for looking & commenting.

I re-worked it, taking the advice of some of you into consideration. The original color shot was taken just past noon, I was trying to get it to look like a "moonlit" shot in B & W.

Personally, I still think what I originally posted achieves what I was going for.

Here is an instance of where I like every version. I thought that your original image looked like the image had been shot under a full moon. I suppose a question could be asked if there is a qualitative difference between a shot of the barn made at noon and manipulated to look like it was taken by moonlight and an image of the same barn where the photographer drove out to at night and set up his camera and tripod and made an actual image under the moonlight. One difference is that in the noontime manipulated image the experience is about the lightroom, photoshop or whatever process was used to create the image, in the version taken taken after the sun has set is about standing out there in the moonlight. Thanks for sharing these fine images.

All four renderings are great, KT. But I really love the first one. Reminds me of the barns that my cousins had in Canada. The first story was in stone and was where the live stock was housed.
