a beautiful horse and some great shots, vicki. i like the one where he is rubbing against the chain on the tree.

Thank you, Merry. I should have paid more attention to where my focus dot was aimed; the fencing was in focus but not the horse. I should keep my glasses on a chain around my neck.

You can probably guess why.

The last three are cute shots - that horse knows how to pose!

This horse is a real ham and loves attention especially when food is involved. Thanks for letting me know you enjoyed these.

Sweet horse. Maybe a little shy!

He IS sweet and quite the charmer. No one can resist giving him a handout, and that's the problem. I was told he was a couple of hundred pounds lighter when he first came.

Once in a while there is the need to go center focus or single spot.

Yes, but it doesn't work when you have it aimed wrong. My center focus was on the tree rather than the horse!

Great shots Vicki. I love that someone takes good care of a pampered horse. He's not fat, just fluffy!

No one can accuse the owners of starving their horses. I'm trying to remember where I heard the "fluffy" comment. It seems to me it was in reference to a dog, but it works here, too.
