Thank you very much! You don't find them on menus very often anymore. Fortunately Costco has usually got a good selection of Lamb.

Thanks very much! There quite a few folks averse to Lamb, even here on a Food site. I grew up with it in many forms, but don't need to rub people the wrong way!
