My Wife brought home a little rack of Lamb for Sunday Dinner. I fell back on Rachel Ray's Lamb with Pomegranate Sauce and Saffron Pilaf recipe. I cut the chops into Lollipops and did them in a skillet. My grill is currently out of action. The new Thermapen let me hit the desired medium rare exactly. Instead of the spinach her recipe suggests, Asparagus. My version of the sauce is a little different than hers in small ways - a bit more wine, some brown sugar and a dash of cayenne.
