Sky replacement in Photo shop is very easy to use. They have a new selection tool, you can just select the area you want, go to sky replacement and BOOM, your done.
Below is an example of how easy it was, I had a plain overcast sky and used sky replacement in photoshop to improve it, I am not a photoshop expert, and you really do not have to be to use it.
I also copied and pasted some of the sky into the water for a reflection prespective.
Good luck and keep on shooting until the end.

Thank you for sharing. In my humble opinion I am think the reflection on the water is too much. The lighting would not allow for the reflection. On the other hand it is your creativity and only has to please you and whomever else it is for.

I use Luminar4 and have been real happy with the results. Like some, I do not like the shots enclosed and in the last year, I have accumulated over 300 sky photos. I live in the country in Texas so getting lots of open space is not a problem. In L4, you have to have JPEG photos to use sky replacement. I carry on older Canon pocket camera with me at all times. While the beautiful sunrises and sunsets are great, in actuality, I can rarely use them. To match overcast skies, I have taken lots of mainly overcast skies with blues breaking through along with overcast that has some character. That way, they will match the overcast photos you have and not look unrealistic. Best of luck.
