Much more than a hand, that poor child needs a helmet. Don't understand why parents allow a child to ride without a helmet. One wrong fall and they could be ruined for life, poor little things. Rant over.

Mom, any child using anything with wheels be it Bikes, skates (roller or inline), scooters, skate boards etc. Should be wearing a helmet. It is the law for kids under the age of 14 for bicycles. Elbow and knee guards are a good idea for the little ones, too Think it this way, a helmet is cheap insurance. The more vents the better.
