A writing professional on YouTube raves about the Ulysses app for word processing. Do any of you use it? I think it's free. Whoops! "Ulysses requires a subscription..." $5.99/mo.

Anyone who says they have read it cover to cover and understands everything about it is a big fibber! (and then there is Finnigan's wake)

I did read it cover-to-cover (60 years ago), but only really understood it after reading reviews and explanations - reading without punctuation is difficult! I did read Finnigan’s Wake and used a quote from it for my senior HS picture,

While we're on this thread, I'll just post my own 2-cent opinion on a similarly unpleasant read that has stuck in my mind the moment I started struggling through it: Mrs. Dalloway. Stylistically, Joyce & Wolfe may have been imaginative artists, but give Twain any day, instead.
