Just a little homemade pizza

I followed a very simple recipe for thin crust pizza dough. Smoked for about 5 minutes on a pizza stone preheated on the Traeger smoker. Then I topped with just a little tomato based pizza sauce, artichoke hearts, olives, bell peppers, mushrooms, thin sliced red onions, mozzarella cheese, a hint of oregano, salt & pepper. Then back on the smoker for another 8 minutes. Super crispy crust! Here's the dough recipe.

Ingredients:
2 cups of all purpose flour + maybe a little extra
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of table salt
1 tablespoon of olive oil
3/4 cup of water
This recipe makes enough dough for 2 large, thin crust pizzas.

It definitely did. We've tried several different thin crust dough recipes and by far this one was the easiest and stayed very thin ( I did "dock" it) and with the pre-bake, turned out crispy & tasty.
Thanks for looking.

Yes it was. As for the dough, it's so easy. You're not caring if it rises much or not since you're going for a thin crust.
I only gave the ingredients, here are the instructions:
Add dry ingredients whisk a few seconds, add all the wet ingredients, whisk at first, then fold with a spatula until it comes together. Then knead it for a minute with your hands in the bowl. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface. Divide in half, cover with a slightly damp tea towel for 2 hours or more if you want. Then roll thin dock ( poke small holes with a fork) then bake on stone for 5 minutes, add your toppings and back on the stone for 8-10 minutes. All set.
