...and I beg for your forgiveness. The (previously believed, knife-edged but nevertheless rounded off) rim of this obviously flat Earth is not located outside (beautiful) Crescent Junction. Its located smack in the center of (glorious) Thompson Springs, Utah! I fervently pray you'll forgive this (major to most, minor to others) otherwise unforgiveable transgression.
Mea culpa. Maxima culpa. In penance, I've recited my prescribed dozen 'Hail Krishna's' and self-flagellated myself into a stupor, and I frikkin' hope that'll suffice.
Then again... maybe I wasn't altogether mistaken that first time. Maybe there was a shift in the fabric of the universe that nobody --without the proper (subscription based, ten bucks a month) software (and its relevant weekly updates)-- could possibly have noticed! Myself included. Which means that next time, when I'm wrong about something, I'll defray the whipping part of the apology until I've completely though it through. 'K?

Yup, but you might want to fasten your seat belt & shoulder harness, Hal. Tightly. But only while 'rounding the edge.' Then after that, that strawberry daiquiri you ordered probably won't end up all over you and the ceiling of the nicely appointed D&RG sleeper car.
One margarita did that,Jim?

The AI efx of that 'one margarita' worked its way off, Mike. All too quickly. And its a shame, too. To the point that I'm considering doing an investigation --geared toward possible litigation, of course-- on the active proportions of booze -vs- inert 'lime juice' materials used in Fiesta Mexicana's margaritas. Know a cheap, decent lawyer you could recommend?
On second though, forget the 'decent' part. Cheap will do fine.
How many frames for the stitch?
And you managed to take the shot and keep your ballance too! Careful where you step that you don't fall off; it looks a long way down.

Twelve frames with a lot of overlap from one frame to the next. 20mm lens on ff camera body.
When you hang out in glorious Thompson Springs long enough, you have to get creative with your time.

True, true. But there's MAJOR news from Thompson! Somebody is fixing up the diner my dead ex-coworker Jay owned. Signs on the windows claim it'll be reopening in 2022. Talk about getting 'creative'.... whew!

I'll have to drop in after it's reopened.
Fascinating! Don't be too hard on yourself. Let everyone else do that!
