Well, It's Payoff Time....

Friends and family just couldn't understand why I let a big chunk of my yard be taken over but these weeds that grow 3 to 4 feet high in a thick cluster..... But then they bloomed and now it is payoff time....

The hummers love them.


Canon R5 ISO 2500 f/5.6 AV EF 300mm f/2.8 w/1.4 extender. Shot under an overcast sky from about 30 feet away, these are not much more than thumbnails.

wonderful captures. always wanted to shoot hummingbirds they're so unique usually when im shooting one or two flies around and about me but im never set up and when i am then they're a no show, yes patience is a virtue in which im short supply. again wonderful captures
