....Smoked Pulled Pork Nachos! My guest didn't like spicy food, so I had to lay off the hot peppers and other spicy ingredients - but piled them on when I served my own plate!! ...Whooohoo!! Slam the Burn!!

And a pretty tame, though tasty IPA from Nikasa Brewery!!

Good photos! I can handle the spicy, but not black olives - otherwise looks great! New IPA always interesting!

Not crazy about olives myself - red, green black...not my thing! The wife, however - different story! Loves olives... Those stuffed red Kalamata things, especially! ....Ewwwww for me!

Thanks, quixdraw!

Looks tasty. I prefer my spices to be at "smolder" not open fire level

Thank you, Curmudgeon! I can, honestly, take spices in many tastes and forms... heat or no heat! No real preference other than: That Tastes Dang Good!!

That is a great photo! The dish sounds really good. Just need sour cream to cool the burn! Yes! I love it when the back of my neck sweats when eating! Though I prefer a Lager with it.

Looks delicious. Since chemo 31 years ago, I still can't do spicy.
