My wife enjoys using her Instant Pot for regular cooking, but recently discovered a recipe for artisan bread using the Instant Pot. The result was wonderful. A bread just right for dipping in the olive oil/balsamic vinegar mix to accompany her baked ziti.

Our youngest gave us the Instant Pot and my wife is always finding new ways to do things with it.

Bought one, read the instructions, gave it to my son. He loves it. Too old a dog here for new cooking tech tricks!

Apparently most who have them love them. The one I got was way too big when cooking for two. If I can find a small one, I might give it another go. Worst case, I don't think my daughter has one!

Great composition on the photo. I am a bread baker and I have an instant pot collecting dust. I may have to give bread a try!
