With chat support, the techs can remotely run your computer. The can see any issues you are having.

Same with phone support, only you can actually talk to them instead of typing back and forth.

Good to know. I started Adobe with Lightroom 4 and have never needed phone support.

My sky replacement also stopped working when I updated, along with a few other problems.
I contacted adobe , was on the phone for over an hour with them. I even let them have remote access.
The final answer was, they reverted me back to the older version of PS. They couldnt get it to work./
Then they wanted me to contact them to send them log files so they could try and see why it wasn't working.
They had called me but I wasn't available when they called. so no idea just that it doesnt work.
