this bird is. Any help would be appreciated. I went to several web sites and could not nail this down. A small bird, sparrow-sized residing here on Cape Cod and the image was taken October 19th 2020. Note the white eye lids. Thanks in advance, Erik.

Might be a Vireo, not sure about the variety though.

Fall warblers at a real challenge to any birder. I used to be a good birder but now I'm just an old birder. I am going out on a limb and call this a Cape May Warbler.

A typical “Yellow-rumped” Warbler in it’s fall colours during his migration down south. Also commonly known as a “Myrtle” here in the east. By the appearance of the number of stripes on its breast tis probably a juvenile bird ( this years crop ) rather than an adult.
