Hi everyone,
As my title shows, I'm an enthusiastic teenager from Kenya, Africa. My family and I moved here recently on mission work. We were from Tennessee, which is where I grew up. I hope to have many new opportunities for photos over here. BTW, is anyone else from Kenya, or anywhere else in Africa? Just curious

Welcome to the Hog, I live in the New Orleans, Louisiana area.
Back in the 90's I spent over 2years in South Afrika. As they would spell it there. Loved it. Beautiful country.
Would love to go to Kenya, have met people from there and I love, just love African art.
Look forward to seeing some of your photo's, hope you have some from home.

Have y'all ever heard of the Masai Mara? It's a great place to take photos, and a big tourist attraction.
Before we left the states, we took a big trip around the US. We stopped by this barn somewhere in Wyoming. Am curious if anyone else has photos of it.

Go up to "search" at the top and look for the thread on barns. Post your picture there. You may find someone.
Beautiful shot, what kind of camera and lens do you have?

I just got a Nikon D3000 with a sigma 18-200mm OS, I really need something longer for wildlife. In the shot of the barn I used a circular polarizer to bring out the blues.

clarification: what I meant was that I only have a Nikon d3000, not that I just got it.

Because I have been to Kenya. and a little north In Djibouti.
hope you are having fun there. If you get a chance you should travel to Uganda and see the Nyaka school for Aids orphans. Keep cool... it is always Super hot there in Kenya!

I think that barn is in the Moran area of Grand Tetons National Park in Wyoming. A very beautiful place!
