Finally getting around to documenting my daughter's journey to becoming a 'grill master'. Prior to going on Oxygen, grilling was my job. Most of the time she mixes her own dry rubs, varying ingredients by type of meat. All I'm left to do is advise on wood choice, if smoking, cooking style, direct or indirect, and time. I was so hungry that I forgot to take a picture after they were plated .. pinto beans in a chili sauce and salad finished the meal.

Thank's to everyone that stopped to look! Those of you that left the kind and wonderful comments, I can't begin to tell you how much they lifted this old heart!
Cooking and grilling, in particular, have always brought joy to my heart. Having to step away from the grill, because oxygen and open flame don't mix, was like being punched in the gut. Being able to pass the grilling on to my daughter and now document and share the photos .... that really lifted me up.
Great "how to" on grilling pork chops. Are you going to share with the German Shepard?
